Creative Hula hoop workshop at Greentop Circus centre this Sunday.

Not just for kids, this is the craze taking over the nation! Learn to spin a hoop on your waist, arms, legs and more! Great for fitness, fun and something special to do on a Sunday!

Taught by Madame Mango and her magnificent hoops in our customised community circus centre near Meadowhall.

I am so gutted i can't make this, i have really enjoyed the hula-cise exercise classes at greentop and really wanted to do the creative workshop to learn some pretty moves... next time!
