If you're interested in Iyengar yoga then there's the Sheffield Yoga Centre on Burgoyne road in Walkley, with classes running for all abilities including a therapeutic class for those with disabilities or injuries.

Hi there are yoga classes starting in the new year in Wolfe Road Healthy Living Centre in Foxhill, cheap only £2.50 if not working and £4.00 if working. Need to book with Claire at Foxhill Medical Centre 2322055
