It says that they were having issues with Vodaphone network at present and to use alternative phones to enter. Seems it's a general problem maybe. I rang Voda who said it was because I was using 3G and 3G is very poor in Sheffield. They advised me to switch to 2G coverage and I haven't had any problems since.
