Just wondered whether people might find this link useful looking for recipes.
As you may know at Beanies we produce and deliver Organic Vegetable and Fruit boxes and each week there is a newsletter with one or two recipe ideas for produce featured in the boxes. Selections for the boxes are based on what's seasonal at the time as seasonal produce is usually the best value. So at the moment we're just coming into squash and roots and winter vegetables. There'll be recipes for soups and hearty winter stews coming up... all veggie of course but I'm sure you creative meat and fish eaters would find them easy enough to adapt.
