Oh my god does anyone know what has happened to Ice Bar in town , it used to be a right good place full of same faces every week doorstaff were brill and now..........it is drab none of usual faces different doorstaff and the people who now go in..uugh... Not only that you have to pay £4 to get in the hole. I did hear someone not very nice has taken over the doorstaff but please.... does anyone know. I have taken to going to Mingdom on a Sat. nighht now and this is not good!!!!!!!!!! HELP..

Hoobs i have only ever been to that place once and will never go again, i went when i met my bloke and his 2 mates on a night out (they r in the army), it is a very unpleasent place and the atmosphere was horrible, i only had one drink then made my bloke come to another pub with me, it made me feel really uneasy, everyone staring at you, wouldnt go there again......

u either love it or hate it.. most prople i know hate it.i loved it though.Gone down hill big time.

A mild mannered work colleague went to the Ice bar once with his girlfriend. As a consequence, he was off work for 2 months and now has a metal plate in his head after being battered.

Yes Hoobs it is a bad bar, i mean my blokes m8 was totally out of his head when we went there and we had to carry him out in case anything happened to him as people was staring at him, like they wanted to fight!!! it s such a horrible place, cant think why any normal person would like to go there (no offence Hoobs lol....)

a guy at my work has been off ill. He used to go to the ice bar every week i wonder if it is the same guy?!

Hmm, it's reputation is one of a den of danger with high ratio of beatings if not chaved up.

Suprise suprise eh.

There are a lot of nicer bars to go to...I've heard that no-one even wants to work there (bar, door etc), cos of the people who hang around.... can understand it as well. Went in there once and a girl started on me in the toilets.(I happened to glance in her direction whilst doin my lipgloss). Needless to say. SWIFT EXIT!
