i dont know if there are anymore homes in sheffield with these lights, that the council fitted outside on three walls, or not.
but i always thought that anything outside the building was the councils responsabillity.... however, when the bulbs go, iam led to believe that it is our responsability to replace them. any info??

Best thing to do is contact your local houseing office or ring 2734567 and they should be able to put you though to the right department.
