Anyone no were to get front usb socket for case near to darnall or anyone a case thats no good thats has sockets in close by to S9
Dont say complex they dont have them.

Umm, just get a USB hub and locate it ontop of your pc or on your case? Or an extension cable.. :). But to answer your question, no sorry.

Its for onboard usb2 well suppose i could wire a hub on to it lol.
Theres no sockets there to plug a hub into all back usb are usb1

Why would you need to wire it on to your board? It'll work exactly the same as onboard USB, just make sure you get a hub with a power supply.

Ni idea where in Sheff but you can get drive bay things that have front panel audio, USB etc from various places online.

It dosnt have any rear usb2

Ni idea where in Sheff but you can get drive bay things that have front panel audio, USB etc from various places online.I know what your on about im sure i have one of those somwere just knowing were but you given me a idea if i can find it lol. just wanting it it back to what it should be if possible.

yeah i got usb2 hubs but they dont work as usb2 when in a usb1

If your mobo has only USB1.1 you'll need something like this (http://www.usbnow.co.uk/PCMCIA,_Express_&_PCI_Cards-PCI_Cards/c7_29/p390/NEC_Chipset_5_Port_USB_2.0_Card/product_info.html) with an on-board controller.

Right - with you now. You'll need a scrap case with front USB then. I think there is a PC salvage place somewhere in Sheffield but can't remember the name/location.

The board won't be USB2.0 if the back are only USB1.1, but if the board is USB2.0 then the back are USB2.0, I don't know of a single board that has USB2.0 headers on the board, but only USB1.1 on the rear, that would mean 2 different USB controllers which is impractical as USB2.0 is backwards compatible any way.
