As I've got older my teeth are not as white as I would like them to be.

Can anybody reccomend a whitener or someone who could treat them without costing a small fortune?

Happy Days!

go to the dentist and get them polished

fairly small charge, gets stains etc. off

(being in full time education I got my nicotine stains removed for free! god bless the NHS)

Hi PopT,I use "Arm & hammer extra whitening" it's very good at getting them white and keeping them white. I'm 47,smoke and drink about twenty cups of black coffee a day and it keeps mine nice and white. You should be able to get it over there. Good luck.

My advisers have agreed that I can take on this needy case and the treatment can be done at no cost.:)

Now, if you just let me have an e-mail address, I will forward you details for you to purchase/send me the Air Ticket!!!

My housemate uses stuff from boots thats like a gumshield that you put this solution in and over the course of a week it really brings the white back- not sure how healthy it is for the teeth tho :D

Morrisons at Halfway has got a little kit in like this.
I think its £3.99 and is in a mainly purple box.
Cant remember the name of it though.

It works a treat in under a week.. your teeth do really come out in a much improved way.

Lukewarm saltwater mouth wash (once every 2weeks) - costs you nothing, tastes foul, rids your mouth of impurities, but your teeth will shine for weeks after...
