With tea bags I just keep them in the box they were bought in.:)

An old tin with a lid--on principle, would never use a container that said "Tea" on it!

For one of my tea caddies I've got a beautiful Chinese cast and turned pewter caddy which has 2 sealed lids to keep the tea fresh- it's a complete work of art and a seriously good piece of engineering. One of my friends brought it back from Hong Kong for me.

I'm a bit of a tea addict and have half a dozen other tea caddies for different sort of tea, which range from Twinings tins to assorted pottery jars, including one which my mum and dad got as part of a wedding present 44 years ago. They're all deliberately mismatched, as are the 103 plates all over my kitchen walls.

Perfectly measured every time...

I just use teabags and keep them in the box they come in. I have got a couple of Yorkshire Tea tins but they are too nice to use so I have them as ornaments.

My favourite ornamental tins are German Liebkuchen tins from Nuremberg.
