I purchased some good from an Internet Company at the beginning of June, they debited my girlfriends account on 15th June, and no goods have been recieved. I've been trying to get through to them for weeks (nobody else on the internet appears to have a bad word to say about the company) and just get an answering machine. I've got back from holiday and now when I can the number goes to a fax machine...

I've got no other way of getting in touch and wondered if I was able to type up a quick fax in word, would somebody be able to send it for me (and be able to recieve a reply?!)

If you'd like to PM with your email address with the content of what you'd like to send this company I will consider whether I wish to use my fax machine for this purpose.

Small (assuming family run) Business called Bosom-Buddies.org in Birmingham. Me better half bought a couple of bikini's from them in June, and they took the money the same day and we've never recieved payment, impossible to get in touch with them via the provided 0871 number which normally points to a voicemail machine, but today has turned into a fax machine.

I do have a postal address for them, and they've been sent a letter, but no reply to that. I'm tempted to take the train to Birmingham, turn up on their door and demand a refund.

I've tried filling the form in, emailing them direct, phoning them, etc etc.

I did a google search, and nobody has a bad word to say about 'em though, so I don't understand!

For what it's worth have you tried to contact either the supplier's local trading standards office or Sheffield Trading Standards.
