I don't think you'll find anything any cheaper. Oh, and in true SF style-ee, I could suggest either a) sell it, or b) move house :) cruella 02-08-2005, 11:51 £70 is very cheep for secure parking ! There is no where else you can park anyway..so i would bite the bullet and pay up.:P neeeeeeeeeek 02-08-2005, 12:40 Take the number plates off your car every night so they can't give you a ticket. Or bribe the cerpark attendant in Waitrose so he overlooks your car. Or bribe all the traffic wardens in town. Or get a motorbike. Or be prepaired to walk 10 mins to your car. Or move! Can't think of many other options.. willman 02-08-2005, 12:43 perhaps this should have been asked before he bought the car or am i just being sarcastic. KATIEB_23 02-08-2005, 12:52 We used to live at Royal Plaza and to save money on parking, my boyfriend used to park his car as close as he could where it was free. This was a 15min walk to Collegiate Crescent (which is now residents parking only) which kind of defeated the point of living in such a handy location in the first place! Then the car was stolen! My advice is, pay the £70! |
