A 18month old german shepard has been spooked by fireworks and run off if anyone spots him can they let me know

Apparently he was heading towards the shops and aston when he ran off he is not chipped but is wearing a denim collar

im on worksop road at swallownest will go and have a look now!

No he went missing on Friday but owner was not there has only just found out dont know all details yet just spoke to naomi and she says its rotherham dog wardens but the number i have is disconnected

Rotherham Streetpride is who you need to ring, they do answer after hours but the call is directed to social services and they dont hold a lost and found register (dont ask..:loopy:)

The dogs are taken to Mangnam bird and animal sanctuary at Parkgate as a holding kennel (if found at night as per instructions from social services the finder will be told to take them their, of course the finder may not be bothered with all that malarky) until the dog warden can collect during office hours then dogs are then taken here:

EDITED TO ADD MANGNAM ANIMAL SANC WILL NOT BE OPEN AT NIGHT SO DONT WASTE TIME TRAVELLING UP THERE YOU WONT GET IN

Have just checked all dark places that are accesible to me on worksop road, lodge lane, manvers estate and mansfield road... no joy have asked all dog walkers and passers by but nobody has seen the pooch, let me know if you need any more help.. im not doing anything apart from a 4 pack of carlsberg!

i will ask in th local butchers in the morning, seems to be the hub of gossip and goings on! im sure if we keep trying we will find him/her!

No newsi have rung the owner a number of times offering to poster and x post but i have had no response from the owner whatsoever so i guess will have to hope that the dog has either found its way home or has been taken to a rescue or is being looked after by somebody,
There is only so much anybody can do without the cooperation of the owners i did not even have a picture to x post
