View Full Version : SOCIAL: Ghost walk
Hi all,
Ahead of the X-Mas do, ( and of course any other nights out that get organised), I thought you might fancy the ghost walk that tells the gruesome stories of the supernatural of Sheffield...
I haven't booked it yet as I'd like to get the best dates for you all.... so let me know...
richardwheel 28-10-2009, 13:04 I've got an easy November, can do 13th, 20th or 21st :).....no preference with any of them dates so I'll fit in happily with the rest...
any1knowsme 29-10-2009, 15:04 helloooo all,,,,
ghost walk sounds good, but i wanna add some spice in to this ghost walk, there is a new movie coming called "paranormal activity" said to be one of the scariest movie ever(according to trailer), its releasing sometime in november, why dnt we join this ghost walk along with this movie, it will be double creepy. we can do ghost walk and then go for this movie. only if everyone interested.... wht u say chris.

Hi Mani,
I think there's some talk about combining the ghost walk/pub with a leaving do so not sure about the film...
...plus I'm a bit girl in scary movies so I'd be out
:O
Hi Mani,
I think there's some talk about combining the ghost walk/pub
:O
Did somebody say pub?
MagnetMan 01-11-2009, 14:39 I think we should just talk about spirits in the pub!
Debbie and Rach have done the walk and say it's rubbish!! Pub is always good tho!! :-)
Maybe so Vicki, but Debbie and Rach also think JLS are good, so I don't think we can take their comments too seriously now can we?
Keep your knickers on Christopher!!
PS JLS RULE!!!!
Nice to know you value my opinion Christopher!
DeanRowell 01-11-2009, 21:18 I'm up for anything that involves "pub".
As to what date, I'm easy.
ok that aside - it's looking like the 20th then isn't it? I'll get in touch with Mr P Dreadful and see what he says.
Are people up for this?? 17 votes all together doesn't seem like a massive endorsement of the night
Right all - the ghost walk people say the 20th is free further details coming soon
are new people aloud on this event or just you lot who know each other? whats age range of people going? wouldnt wana feel i have nothing in common with people
Well this is a social being organised for the Sheffield Forum Badminton Club. We have a full age range of people, but they do all go to the badminton club nights on Tuesday.
As far as i know, there are regular ghostwalks organised on other nights too...

social drink sounds good :) where you normally go? not really in to badminton lol
Moonbird 05-11-2009, 21:40 I went on the ghost walk last year, it was freezing but interesting and slightly gruesome, only trouble is that now I cannot walk past a certain building without looking through the window as I pass to see if the ghost is there :help:
Oh no! Spotted this one a bit late! I'm back on Friday 13th for graduation. If anyone wants to skip the ghost tour and join me in the pub let me know! I am also back on the 20th for a gig - could meet the ghosty people in the pub for some spirits (or prob just beer) afterwards if someone lets me know where y'all are at! mwah-haha!!!
