I am advancing my current business venture, In providing in-house services of photography studio + dance studio + recording booth, but will slowly be building everything up.

I want an empty unit with/without 1/2 offices, possibility of WC / KITCHEN
I am after a unit in sheffield town centre,

unsure of the space and layout would like to view the units before choosing, I am looking for estimated 600sf but again this could be less or more depending on when i see the layout.

adam i have a fantastic room to rent in a busy pharmacy, 550 sq ft, ideal for photography studio as we have a lot of customers coming in for photos etc, we are based on Abbeydale road, are you interested? Rental is £300 per month.

There is a nice place going for £120/wk on Lambert Street, near Queen Street whihc we viewed this week. Got all what you mention you need, all brand new inside, really authentic with original beams etc. Shame it's just a too big for what we need.
