Sounds very exciting. I'm currently staring at a huge pile of xmas cards I need to finish writing out and don't have the willpower to pick up the pen and start writing in them. Will swap for your homework :o)

Ah Christmas cards.

Isn't it funny the way people moan about not receiving cards off folk when they aren't even religious...!!!

P.S. Apparently it takes 200,000 trees to make all the christmas cards we as a nation use at Christmas.... makes you think.

These days I write "Happy Holidays" that covers everybody.

Mosh, i don't think using this place as a blog is covered int he terms and conditions, feel free to do so!

Anyway...

I made a decidion a couple of years back not to send christmas cards, I'd rather not have the paper used for something i think is a bit pointless.

If i want to tell someoen happy christmas, i'll speak to them or send them an e-mail. If i'm feelign sentimental (which i sometimes do) and i know that the person will appreciate it, i send them a handwritten letter.

Why do the rest of you send cards? I'd like to know if you send them, even to people you see everyday?

I don't bother sending cards, so I don't mind if don't recieve any. What's the point in cards? It's just a piece of paper with "Merry Christmas" written on it.

Xmas cards

Im on a quick break before I have to go off and entertain the elderly :(

I've always sent Xmas cards, dunno why, out of common courtesy I spose. And they make good decorations and gift tags for next year. I always personalise cards to close family and friends, and some of my friends do the same back which I keep sometimes.

I also send Happy Xmas and New Year texts to chums

Im deeply sentimental, and a bit of a hoarder which explains why I have so much rubbish, but cant bear to part with it! :loopy:
