I just got in my car after driving it fine this morning only for the power steering to feel very heavy and making strange gurgling noises. I looked under the car and liquid is leaking out from somewhere, can someone advize me on what to do.
Sounds like a burst hose. Locate your power steering fluid reservoir (a little platic tank, with a picture of a steering wheel on it) and follow any pipes connected to it. You should be able to see any nicks or burst parts.
Tape this up, or replace the pipe - you can buy them from halfords, then re-fill the reservoir.

might be as well not to drive it too much before you locate the leak too .....
Id be tempted to take it to a dealer to get this fixed.
The last thing you want is for your power steering to suddenly fail on you from a 'taped up botch job' at a needed moment.
...But before you do take it to a dealer, have a look on here (www.fordmondeo.org/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php) you could register and ask a question but if you do a search of the forums you will probably find the answer. They're a real friendly bunch and knowledgable too (except me that is).
Its worth a try mate.
