Hi There it depends whether the job your applying for is directly relevant to your work experience.

IMO there are two types of CV:

1) The experience based one which is focused on what work experience you have. This is best when your experience is directly linked to the job your applying for.

2) The skills based one, which focuses on your skills rather than experience. This is especially useful if you are applying for a job you don't have direct relevant experience for.

Check out the CV templates on Monster, they are an excellent starting point and come in a variety of formats, its just a case of changing them to suit your skills/expwerience.

Best of Luck!
