Can you turn right on to Penistone road from hillsborough leisure centre?

No - you have to turn left. If you want to then go right you need to turn left at the lights where the dog track is & then follow the road round to come back on yourself & turn right. Hope that makes sense as hard to explain.

As luybell said - or if you find those directions difficult, when you come out turn left, go into the righthand lane until the right turn off at KFC/Swan Mortons, go up there, all the way round the roundabout and back on yourself.

Going luybells way will add about 3minutes - your on penistone road for about 150metres, then you turn off at the dogs/college round the traffic lights. Going my way will add 5minutes or so on. A little bit longer.. But not much

I always need to go right out of Hillsborough Leisure Centre. Quickest way is to turn left, then right past Pizza Hut, then sharp right, and come out next to Lily's bread shop, and straight onto Penistone Rd.
