I just want to ask if anyone is interest in joining us to the Yonex All England Badminton Championships in Birmingham in March next year. Yes I know that's far away but if we book before december then we get a big discount.

It is one of the biggest badminton tournaments in the world and the worlds best players will come here to play. I have been last year and though it was absolutely brilliant. So I though maybe more people are interested in this. The tournament takes up a whole week but we plan to go from Friday afternoon till Sunday night (quarter finals - finals)

Dates: Fri 12th - Sun 14th of March 2010
Cost: approx £45,- for 3 day entry pass.
Location: NIA Birmingham
Accomodation: Youth hostel - to be booked when numbers are confirmed

Hi Jaap - this sounds good and I'd be up for it although not sure i'd want to spend all three days watching badminton. I'd probably look to come down on Fri night, just get a day ticket for saturday and head back on Sunday.
