Daylight. This has got to have been covered before but it was long ago I am sure so -

Should we scrap daylight saving times? Would this be a problem? We do not actually save any time from altering the clocks this way and that and half the time I cannot remember to change them anyhow - which is often interesting - being a hour in front or behind everyone else.

Should we continue altering the clocks, and if we stop - how many people will remember to switch off that feature in their computers? What problems can you foresee from scrapping daylight saving?

And as the seasons change - so the reason for altering the clocks also seems to reach a state of pointlessness.

Wouldn't this cause issues with productivity, mental health and sleep eventually?
I read somewhere that the human body is naturally on a 25 hour clock but also that switches in habits etc affects a lot of things.
Night shift workers frequently have sleep and mental health issues as the body is doing something alien to its natural path.
Then what about the mornng productivity we hear about? Apparently most people do the majority of their work in a morning, exam takers have better results un a morning than an afternoon exam etc etc.
Wouldn't the accumaulated effect be worse than the short term forgetfulness and inconvenience?
Just a thought.

Yes scrap the daylight saving changes. It doesnt make sense at all. Hardly anyone else does it and they are fine. I can not see any real use for it whatsoever except to cause problems and annoyance.
