did you ever go to pomona street youth club or know someone who went there.

I went there as a 14 yr old with my older brother & played table tennis it was a decent club.

I went to the youth club here in the 60's. One or two old records still remind me of good times there.

i went to the pamona st youth club, we also went to the school there,good times that had to be about 1967 - 1974 at a guess, great times great friends

Met my wife Carole there in 1964.

The Club used the school hall for games and on that particular night the girls were practising their 3 a side football skills (yes...girlies playing football!!!).

Me and my mates decided that this could be worth watching, purely from a technical analysis of the potential of ladies' football, of course. Their team-kit was fairly tight fitting and the rest is history.......

haha very well said my friend,it was badmington in my day at the school hall,unless the girls were dancing,off course we had to watch missing our badmington as we did,yes those shorts and tops certainly gave us a benchmark off what to admire in a lady, regards ian
