Ive just started my website after breeding ducks for years. Im not the best person on a computer so please could people have a look and see what they think, Please dont batter me with horrible comments tho as it took me ages to do, just helpful advice

Well done. I was reading about chickens. Used to breed budgies and am getting the urge to do something similar in my 'old age'.

I know it sounds cheeky but if people like the site please add yourself as a member x :)

The home page would be more enticing if it was largely dedicated to a few pictures of ducks and less writing; the story of how and why you got into breeding them, could be put under a "biography" page or something similar. All you really need on the home page is a few lines - perhaps dotted between some duck photos - giving brief details of what you're about.

Something along these lines:-

ALL THINGS POULTRY

(picture)

ducks, hatchlings, and eggs for sale

(picture)

hatching services provided

(picture)

If you're HTML-savvy, unlike me, you could have the pictures work as links to direct the viewer to various pages inside the site.

The home page would be more enticing if it was largely dedicated to a few pictures of ducks and less writing; the story of how and why you got into breeding them, could be put under a "biography" page or something similar. agreed. i would put info on a 'boigraphy' or background info' page. just have some nice pics and titles to catch attention.
