I've just walked most of the length of South View Road and I didn't see any police. I did see a Lada but it wasn't brown.

There's something very odd not going on here.

I was going to post about the helicopter when it was going over at 5.50 pm ish but I was to busy looking for police cars and stray dogs.

As an update on my earlier post I can report that somebody has kicked over a wheelie bin but they got shouted at by one of their mates and returned the wheelie bin to it's correct position.

Equlibrium has been restored to my life and I can chill now for a time.

I will carry on with my updates as and when anything happens.

To mark this special day and to keep his memory alive we let the traffic flow along Abbeydale Road for one day a year.
It is a carnival atmosphere for most of the day that reaches it's zenith with the traditional torching of a car on Little London Road.

I'd already arranged to send the children to their Grandma in Scunthorpe and Aunt Mildred back to the home .
Oh , my God , when we saw the flames above the Abbeydale Cinema ,I was sure it was those terrorists from Meersbrook .
Everything should be back to normal now except for the severe flooding expected later.
Someone left a bath-tap on again on Sharrow Lane.We're all moving upstairs in a few minutes.

Well , we've just had a Resident's meeting and everybody was saying that the Lada wasn't green.
Friend just sent text message. They've sealed off Chippinghouse Road and there's one or two police everywhere.
She thinks they're armed. They've arrested the Wheelie-Bin man and a boy of fifteen who was found with some cigarettes.
Oh My God , this is getting just like Baghdad. The water on South View Rd. has just reached a half inch and rising.

dont think mr bin laden would dare to get into don_kiddick's wheelie bin as his would most probably have a number on, but why o why are there numbers on his wheelie bin? probably be a different colour from everyone else too no doubt so doubt mr bin laden would not be very well hidden!
