Hi there

I've just bought a mid-terrace in Norton Lees, and could do with a quote for some plastering work please:

Hallway, stairs and landing
Top half of walls only - bottom half is wood panelled. They're currently textured and painted, with one wall of painted-over woodchip, if that makes any difference.

Living room
Top third of wall above picture rail. Again, curently textured and painted. Possibly also ceiling depending on costs. Room is 14'5" x 11'7" approx.

Bedroom
Ceiling only. Room is 12'5" x 11' 7" approx.

Small back bedroom
Not sure what might need doing here - the plaster on all walls appears 'crazy paved', with lots of small surface cracks. Other than damp, which we don't think it is, any suggestions for why this might have happened? Could the plaster just be very old?

We're trying to get as much done as we can before we move in, so please only get in touch if you've got some availability to do the work soon.
