I have read a few entries on this forum from people who are unsure of what to do at interviews / what to wear / etc. especially if its your first. Can be scary.

I would like to seet up some sort of class somewhere to coach people in completing application forms / covering letters / mode of dress etc. I have spoken with job centres on my travels as a recruitment / training manager. they tell me that not many schools these days teach this before any one leaves school. The standard of application form i receive leaves a lot to be desired at times.

It would be nice to offer a full package to people to coach them, anyone interested in this facility? what do you all think?

hiya - there are a number of companies out there at the mo that do this kindof thing (career world etc). They aim at the top end of the market but might be something and the lower ends

After recently going thru the interview process a few times whilst on a search for a new job I've picked up a few doc's from agencies that I found helpful.

Happy to share them, they include all aspects of the interview process, why they ask the questions they do, and also lots of good questions you should ask them.
