We are a party of ten wanting a night out for our xmas party is it any good at the Ridgeway arms :huh:

Its good value for money but very run down and tatty. Never had a problem with the food but the state of the building is shabby. Outside there are weeds in the paving, paint peeling everywhere, dead and overgrown plants. Inside there are sticky tables and chairs, even after cleaning and very dated decor. There selection of beer is pretty poor too buy as a two for one and for a cheap meal, it does the trick.

Thanx stumathers it sounds as though it has'nt changed much from when we went three years ago, I was hoping it had been decorated since then oh well I have just found out my friend has booked it for the party night after a few drinks we won't notice the decor

Well i for one wouldn't recommend, especially for a xmas party!
Looks like it's been lost in a time warp whilst being dragged through a hedge backwards, grotty place.....AVOID!!:nono:
