I'm starting a large project for eduation in Sheffield, I have a computer generated response to my request from SENTA and feel the project may be too involved for SENTA. Any advice, personal advice before I make a date to come and speak to you??

Along the lines of ....thanks for emailing us........call us or see the website.

Anyway, no big problem with that, just feedback for you. If it isn't automatically generated it reads as though it is.

I have called and it does seem it isn't in SENTA's realm of support but they did put me in touch with a more appropriate line of support.
