Is it possible to pull the thread (or all the postings) but leave a note saying that it's been pulled?

you've no chance m8 - the *mods* are answerable to no one...the new ones are particularly keen at the moment - like young puppies out for the first time on the leesh...

I can't comment on your situation Internetowl, but I think you would both have more success getting answers if you contact the mods directly (send Sian a PM maybe, or use the 'contact us' link?) :)

[mod note] If you have problem use the contact us link (thats what it's there for!) and as a side note the mod team have never been more answerable to people - originaly it was Geoff - now it's Geoff, Tony and Joe.
