SHEFFIELD’S ONLY BACHELOR AUCTION IS BACK

Are you sick of endless online matchmaking and speed dating only to find yourself home alone on a Saturday night with a tub of ice cream and Simon Cowell for company?

Well Aimee Ward, New York’s dating expert is back in town ready to help you find your Mr X Factor.

On none other than Friday the 13th of November, Aimee is helping women who are unlucky in love or simply just crave a good ladies night out, the opportunity to be a little unladylike and bid for the man of your dreams.

Last year, Aimee brought 27 eligible bachelors to almost 200 screaming Sheffield women and raised over £5,000 for charity in the process.

Last year’s event was a huge success and left women and men asking Aimee when she would do it again. Their calls have been answered as she is now gearing up to bring in another set of sexy bachelors to Sheffield’s door. This year, the evening’s proceeds will be donated to three HIV/Aids charities to celebrate World Aids Day.

The auction is already creating a buzz around the city’s dating hot spots. Aimee comments: “I’m so exited to bring the Bachelor Auction back, even bigger and better than last year. Back in New York every year my auctions got that little bit crazier, and that’s not including the 11 marriages that came out of them!

“This year we’ll be raising the bar with even hotter and more desirable men plus an evening of good food, champagne, and dancing the night away.”

Aimee’s already got some bachelors signed up and ready for action but now she’s asking you, the women of Sheffield, to help her find desirable men interested in a more exciting way to date.

The Original NYC Bachelor Auction is only three weeks away so get yourself and your friends booked. The Copthorne Hotel which is on SUFC grounds is offering a group rate of £52 for a single room with breakfast or a double for £62 with breakfast for all those attending the event.

All of our bachelors sign contracts which state that they are single and we vet them all to ensure they are indeed eligible! We have a lot of men apply to take part but we pick the cream of the crop for the night.

I'm afraid we don't have any pictures though - that's part of the excitement of the night. You don't know anything about them until you arrive and get your programme, which includes a photo, personal profile (profession, hobbies etc). By the time the gents finally get up on stage the atmosphere is wild!
