If he's had explicit permission of Geoff, Tony or JoeP then he's allowed.

My sister works for a taxi company so i can find out that info quite easily.

I have a 24 hour shop at the bottom of the road so that's not a worry for me.

London Road and Abbeydale road are great for getting a bus most of the time.
