Good job I'm switching to Plusnet in November then when my 12 month contract with Wanadoo expires.

I hate bad tech support with a passion, I left BT Internet and AOhell cos their techies were retarded... :rant:

it gets worse - Wanadoo are becoming Orange - another branding change next year - Orange are doing away with all technical support...

I signed up with Waitrose - I don't know who runs their broadband for them but the tech support (via email anyway) is top notch.:clap:

Not the cheapest though.

AFAIK Wanadoo BB Support IS NOT in India at all.

unless however they have changed this...

im with pipex AND after 2 months i get an email telling me i download too much during peak hours and if i dont change my download habits in 2 weeks ill be chosen for traffic management :(

i only went with em cos they were completely unrestricted, then 2 months later they decide to restrict me :(

i also only decided to pay 23.99 a month (quite high) cos it was completely unrestricted.
