Well done Chelsea, not bad for a team of "Old Timers". Thought Torres bottom lip was going to go into Turbo mode when he didn't score.:hihi:
Gerrard just proved why Capello doesn't play him for full 90 mins but plays Lampard for full game.

Chelsea were very assured today, Drogba at times is frustrating when he keep's going down, but you have to say he is a very very good striker, his power is immense and he caused no end of problems for Liverpool's defence today.
Essiens tackling was superb, Ballack seemed happy in the role he's plaing under Anceloti.
Even Hilario when he's got his chance was brillaint today.
Last of all John Terry, what else can you say about this guy, he is one awsome defender, he had Torres in his pocket all the way through the match.
Top stuff and back at the top of the league....

To be fair, I thought Drogba was singled out a lot of times by Liverpool today, and even though he makes a meal of it he was "taken out" a few times and no foul was given. Probably because he makes a meal of it. I guess he needs to break the "circle" and just get up and get on with it and eventually the Ref will rule in his favour. Otherwise his opponents will use his dramas and he will end up with a nasty injury.

Drogba was pure Quality, the way he assisted the 2nd Goal was Brilliant
Terry THE best defender in the world after today's showing
Liverpool very very poor,Gerrard tried but it just wasn't happening for him and Torres hardly got any support so can't really blame him for being peed off
