Hi Everyone
I have just received a text message saying that we had been featured in Exposed magazine again. I was aware that we were featured a few months ago ( another jealous kickboxing club started bickering on that thread and the topic had to be closed off) but I knew nothing about this months feature.
Thank you to Exposed magazine if we have. Could someone tell me what the article is like and what its about in particular? I will go and look for the magazine and see for myself . Exposed has a LARGE circulation so should not be too hard to bump into ;)

Hi, can you tell me where AFK is situated please
I thought you wanted somewhere that did grappling too? :P They normally train out of Knox Boxing gym in the City Centre, near Decathlon.
Of course if you want to train with AFK, you can train with them on their Tuesday session at The Forge, home of Gracie Barra Sheffield where you can, conveniently, also train your grappling.

ok thanks for your help, training at forge and AFK sounds like it can get me going in the right direction.
The only thing I have noticed on the forge timetable is that there is only one beginners bjj class a week. correct me if im wrong.
