Can anybody tell me where I can get an energy proformance pack or a flat I am selling in Rotherham and what it will cost.

If you're selling on the open market, you need a Home Information Pack, which includes the EPC. If it's a private sale, you don't need a HIP but you do still need the EPC; your solicitor, assuming you will use one, can arrange someone to do this for you.

My solicitor quoted me £58 but I ended up getting it for £35.
