Me friend rach and I were thinking of reliving our early nineties fascination with pumping house type music in sheffield coz we're both bored with trying to dance to indie - it just doesn't work. Anyone know of any decent house/drum n bass/techno/whatever clubs/free parties on THIS FRIDAY.

Help us! We need repetitive electronic music in our souls!

Hmmm, Pin-Up club at The Room (formerly Fez Club) is pretty darn good. It describes itself as Jackin' Vocal House. Don't know if that's ferociously bangin enough for you, but it's always a larrrf when I've been there.

Well if you go to Takapunna on West Street before 10/10.30 (not exactly sure) its free to get in and its open till 2.30am! and they play housey stuff and soul and R&B.... They got a dance floor upstairs plus bar and a long bar and seating downstairs. Its £3 to pay if u go later

where do you usually dance to indie tim?

I think we should have a SF meet where we can have a really good danceand let out hair down. I haven't been on a night out like that for soooooooo long, it's ludicrous.

I'm sure Noggin's will be a great night but its not a Zogg verses - just Dil playing - who's always worth catching - as is Glowbones from Riffraff!

I design all the flyers - so every Zogg line up in indelibly stamped in my brain after hours of staring at it on Photoshop when trying to put the flyers together!
