I think this would be a good idea for the site,sort of helping people to find work and giving them the chance to sell themselves.

Until a few weeks ago we had a section for looking for work, but it was choked with spam and all of the available information shows that employers don't read information from those looking for work, they just advertise a vacancy and then wait for applications.

This will not be actioned.
