Hi, on the New York breakfast "How do you like your toast in the morning..." Tropica ad, does anybody know what that stuff is being poured over what looks to be poached eggs on pancakes? Not sure if its custard, white chocolate sauce or what but looks dead nice.

Hollandaise sauce. I suspect its eggs Benedict the chef is preparing, a New York dish.

Eggs Benedict I think. Toasted muffin with ham and poached egg topped with hollandaise sauce....mmmh !

Thanks i am glad some one els has ask this question, i was not the only person to think what it was when watch this advert:hihi:. I was always bugging my OH if he knows yet when it comes on, now i can say to him what it is :D.
