hi i have had my digital 400d about a year now and am really looking for a course to learn how to make my way around it more efficiently, my passion is taking photos of animals particularly dogs and horses and would love to get the best from the camera, can anyone help or recommend a course, i have been looking at the ones at sheffield college. annax

I did a weekend course with a guy called Nigel Wilson. It was quite expensive and covered the basics of digital photography rather than anything specific to the 400D but it was really a good starting point.

Or there's a very comprehensive book for the 400D by James Beattie and Tracy Hallett
