I would just like to let everyone know that Veritas69 is going to be starting Cushti Wrestling sessions on Sunday mornings. Cushti is a traditional sort of indian wrestling that Veritas has been practising since he left his childhood home of New Delhi.

Yes Jonny, Get yourself down its a top club. They are good at both the self protection as well as the ring sports of kickboxing and MMA.
When i visited the club i met a guy who was from out of town. He actually travelled up from down south and stayed the weekend just to learn some new stuff off Craig.
Fully recommended!!!

I also thought that Steve was Steve was the person who had trained in Kapap. Craig seemed to do more of the MMA stuff.
I am intending to focus solely on Kapap, I think that focus on one area will bring more quality.
