I would recommend Kapap Sheffield. Very good for boxing, kick boxing and MMA, also offer basic kapap.

Have done some BJJ at Kapap Sheffield with a guy called Steve. Certainly picked up a lot. Steve had some good MMA fighters. Not sure what situation is now.

Billy Glossop will be running MMA at the Sheffield Mudo Academy, Tuesday evening starting at 7.30pm. There will also be a class on a Saturday morning starting at 11.00am.

Yes Billy is wild ;) He is a cool guy and his sessions really do separate the men from the boys.

The Gym is near to Tesco, just behind the George 4th public house and just off the tram tracks.

Have you considered getting good at grappling and striking on their own before trying to do MMA?

I would like to attend a gym that covers both stand up and bjj/grappling instead of travelling around

The people at SDF are good at grappling and striking so we can do MMA if we want to.
