Learn JU-JITSU from basic to advanced self defence techniques for children, women classes & adults mixed classes.
learn how to spar, grapple, throw, groundfight & most important of all defending yourself from many different forms of attack.
Learn GRAPPLING which is a mix of Ju-Jitsu, BJJ, Judo, greco roman wrestling and sambo wrestling. From standing to the ground, grappling works out every muscle in the body & is excellent for cv.
You can wear MMA gear, gi (Uniform) or just shorts, jogging bottoms, t-shirt or vest.
Learn MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) mixing stand up fighting with grappling with strikes also on the ground once you've learnt enough of both. Learn from the beggining from the basic to advanced moves and train with fighters who already fight in the cage and rings for further more experience. Check out the pics
