My husband sucked me into the Hollywood Stock Exchange (hsx.com) a few months ago, and I'm hooked. As a film fan who loves to predict what will do well, and what will fail miserably, it hits the spot.

It's quite an America-centric site, and I think it could use more non-Americans, so if anyone wants a referral, do hit me up. ;-)

Anyone else out there fiddle with it? What's made you rich, and what did you lose your a*** on?

I lost a boatload on Jennifer's Body, because I really thought the teenyboppers would flock to it, even knowing it was crap.

I've made a small fortune on Avatar, but I'm looking to dump it as soon as the adverts begin in America.

I dabbled in it a while back, but didn't stick with it. I only gave it a shot when Fantasy Film League clsed down - that site I was hooked on (pick a director and 6 stars with your meagre budget, and score based on the box office returns their films make over the year).

Good news is FFL is coming back next year! Yay!
