Does anyone know any pub quizzes on mondays in crookes/broomhill/walkley/town. we were going to go to the devonshire cat (nice beer) but just rang them and got told that they don't have quizzes in december (?)

They do 2 quizes on a Monday. You imght want to check this out beforehand as it's a while since I've been in there on a Monday.

Cheers, in the end we went to the Princess Royal, a pub we'd never been to even though it's about a minute walk from my house. Was pretty good, quiz was hard though!

Shall be doing the Vine 7 by 7 pop quiz on thursday - always a laugh.

If you can venture a little bit further afield, the Crown and Glove on Uppergate Road in Stannington does a great general knowledge quiz on Mondays and Wednesdays.

I think the pub next to us still do Monday night quizzes. The Devonshire - opposite Safeway. Win a ten pound voucher.

NMB holds a general knowledge quizz every monday at 8 or 8.30 in the bar. Its supposed to be for students but it hasnt stopped anyone yet...
