This Sunday at Owlerton stadium there is Stockcar racing. It's the Formula One British Driver's Championship and the first rolling lap is at 2.30. It's £18 for adults and £12 for OAP's and £5 for 5 to 16 year olds. Under 5's can scream their heads off for nowt!
It's very noisy, very colourful and quite exciting as well. They have 7 litre 600 bhp engines and you will never see any car like these on the open road. Get down there and enjoy yourself. It finishes about 6, so for any of the tight gits out there you get good value for money in comparison to watching the pigs bladder game. Look out for these car numbers, 515, 53, 391, 390 and 2 to provide the best chance of a winner.

do they take all shale off track now after speedway match?, is plastic pigs there, they are great are right laugh!

The shale is left on, although the stockcars shift a lot of it with their big hoosier tyres! The plastic pigs are not on the bill this time, sorry.

ive been once or twice and after couple of laps theres dust all over the place, they dry track out quicker than speedway, what a shame piggys arent there, aparently odsal was better for stocks but sadly looks like its shut forever:mad: :(

About time they came back we get some good speedway racing usually the week after . The track of late has been pretty rubbish. Let's get it tyre packed!

Re my Ones to Watch......Paul Harrison #2 of Rotherham always seems to chicken out of Sheff 'cos of the wire and posts, and yet again he is not listed to race. Bwaark buk buk buk.
