It's brilliant to see the space shuttle in flight again. I hope everything goes well - we saw a small panel fly off when the fuel tanks disengaged, I hope it was just a minor glitch.

yes i seen the parts fall off too it will take then a few days to get the data to see how it will affect the shuttle lets hope it all goes well for the latest venture best regards steve...

I did not go to bed till late as i was that hooked on it.I even got it on now watching it.Better then big-bro or anything on tv at moment.I find it fasinating that you can watch all that cameras live and see what nasa can see.

NASA have just announced that it has grounded the entire shuttle fleet after finding that a peice of insulating foam has fallen off during yesterdays take off.
This is seriously bad news for NASA. I read last year that there is no way they can afford to make new shuttles in the future. I don't know what they will do now.

I 'think' the shuttle has a repair kit this time round.
