View Full Version : Sheffgrow where are you I need to rehome my fish and frogs!!
I have 4 dwarf aquatic frogs and 9 tropical fish that I need to rehome urgently. Sheffgrow was going to take them but I've been unable to make contact via PM or text so I am going to have to ask if there is anyone else who'd like them.

CHEZZFAYE 21-09-2009, 20:36 ill take them if they can go in with guppys neons n a plec iv only got 6 fish in my tank
Hi TonyP- I've got 5 neon tetra, a bronze cory, a couple of zebra danios and a guppy. The frogs are my main worry - have you had them before? They are very easy to care for - they need plenty of places to hide, lots of plants to crawl into and love eating frozen blood worms. If you defrost some and put them in a turkey baster, they'll come up to you and you can feed them. They're very cute and although they come to the surface to breath air, they are otherwise fully aquatic. They'll eat snails so are very useful little guys! I've got someone coming to view my house this week but not sure when yet - when I know when I'll be home this week I'll let you know. I'm in S11.

any news for me yet?
Yes! Are you free Sat pm from 3pm - 9pm or all day Sun from 11ish? Is there any chance I could bring them over to you so I can see where they're going? I'm very fond of my frogs and the thought of parting with them is depressing me somewhat.
tonyp5467 24-09-2009, 21:35 yes i should be free saturday afternoon or anytime after 11am sunday
i can send you pics of the tanks i have at home at the moment if you wish just to put your mind at ease

Thanks for everyone's interest - Tony's taken them now and I'm sure they'll all be very content in their new home. Thanks Sheffgrow - I didn't want to seem rude by asking someone else to take them when you'd kindly offered but I needed to get them rehomed by this weekend and couldn't contact you.
