As sellers ourselves we would recommend keys2move. We've come to the conclusion that all agents are much of a muchness but keys2move's fees are much lower than the big agents. They are upfront with their fees too, they're published on the website for all to see.
We've also been phoning agents to arrange viewings of other properties and some of the big agents are appalling, taking up to 24 hours to get back to us so we're glad we didn't go with them ourselves! Keys2move have always got back to us very quickly.

Sorry for trying to be helpful. I do not spend my life on here reading every post, so no I hadn't read the previous threads.
Like I said, they're all pretty much the same, we haven't come across an agent yet who is perfect.
keys2move wanted £980 to sell our house, Haybrooks wanted £3850. I cannot see how haybrooks can warrant this huge fee. As long as it goes on rightmove it will sell if somebody wants it regardless of which agent it's with.

Thing is keys 2 move who previously marketed our property don't actively sell the property they stick it on rightmove and thats it.The other activly ring possible buyers.Have a mailing list .Displays in agent windows etc .If you cheack out rightmove note how many keys to move have actually sold recantly.
