Does anyone have any opinions/information about Osbourne Mews (the old Nether Edge Hospital)?

I'm moving to Sheffield from London at the end of August and am looking for a 2 bed apartment. Have seen a couple of adverts for Osbourne Mews and they sound fab! (use of gym, sauna etc)

Is there a catch? If anyone has any information about them (e.g. are they a reasonable size, are they in a decent area? are they value for money?) I'd be extremely grateful
