I think there's a typo in the post, because their website (http://www.myspace.com/underthestarsnightclub) says it's being held at The Hubs, the old national centre of popular music.

Sorry, it was a typo. It is at the HUBs and is fro over 18's only - to save you possible disappointment on the door. The hubs is on paternoster way and is the big steel drums, just across the road from the train station, up from the bus station and across from the showroom cinema.
