Is there a bug going around as I feel really really unwell today!?!

My sister works at the Childrens hospital and she says there is a kind of flu like bug going round.

Aww! I hope I don't get it, I'm feeling ill enough and it would take ages to get a doctor's appointment

Both of the delightful sprogs have gone through about 36 hours of feeling unwell and a little vomiting.
One had it first and the other a few days later.

Running around fine, one day later, though.

The other day i had terible stomach pains and migraine. I thought it was due to too much dashing around. I found out later that a couple of my firends had the same so there must be a bug!

I had it from wednesday to sunday.
Started with a sore throat on day 1, then day 2 I started having stomach cramps and aching limbs, so I drank lots of water for a day and no solid food, I was also tired and went home early from work to go to bed.
day 3 felt better but still sore throat.
Day 4 back to normal but throat not perfect, but good enough to go for a few beers at night.
Day 5 almost totally normal. And on sunday I was singing lead vocals in a band practice. :cool:
